One of these things is not like the other...

Astrid loves her chew bones.

They're just so tasty.

And they give her something to do when the humans simply grow too boring to hang around.

And...what the heck is that?

There, that's better.

Wishing all of our furiends a lovely Tuesday!

Our Tip of the Day:
Just as with humans, persistent bad breath in your dog or cat can signify disease, dental disease being just one of them. Bad breath that is noticeable for a short time after a meal, especially one consisting primarily of moist food, is relatively normal. However, if your dog or cat has constant bad breath, then a date with their doctor may be in order. Dental disease, including anything from gum inflammation to decaying teeth, is one obvious cause for bad breath. However, other diseases can manifest with halitosis as well. Diabetes, kidney disease, and ingestion of certain toxins are just a couple examples of other ailments that can include bad breath as a primary symptom. So, if your furbaby's breath could clear a room, schedule an appointment with the vet to rule out disease and to perhaps discuss at-home dental care.

Of course, Astrid knows the difference between a yummy chew stick and a regular stick. ;)

Oh Astrid, did you find a huge stick to chew on?? That looks like fun but guess your chew toy was better. Thanks so much for your good thoughts for Orange Boyzo. You all have a great day.

Silly Astrid, I think you grabbed a stick :) Great tip, Spooky had awful breath from his kidney disease. You can tell the difference between bad breath from illness vs. food.

When you get great nommy rawhide, sticks taste pretty awful...right Astrid? Though our Mom and Dad had a dog that was addicted to wood (probably had PICA) and ate the window sills and dining room table legs. That was way back in the seventies.
