Fun fact? Astrid hates apples. She refuses to eat them. Who am I kidding. She refuses to eat pretty much any and every fruit and vegetable known to mankind.

Our Tip of the Day:
I know I've given this tip multiple times now, but with autumn here and windows coming open, please keep an eye on your furbaby for any signs of allergies. Allergens, dust, and all sorts of debris can come in through an open window, despite the presence of a screen. Allergens can also be introduced into the home on us humans and our clothing, or on any furbaby who comes and goes from outside. Watch out for any sneezing, coughing, itching, discharge from the eyes or nose, and any other potential signs of allergies. And also be cautious if your furbaby has asthma, or if you think he or she might have asthma, as allergens can spark an attack. Autumn is a gorgeous time of year, but also one that can run rampant with allergens. If you are concerned your furbaby might be suffering from such allergies, please consult a veterinarian and discuss how to keep your furbaby healthy and happy.

ReplyDeleteRuby has just developed seasonal allergies for the first time this summer. I have them, too, and know lots of stuff can flow through the screen.

ReplyDeleteI am SHOCKED to hear that about Astrid! Dakota ADORES apples and if we want to eat them and NOT share we have to go into another room! He loves broccoli, red peppers (not the hot ones), he eats carrots...he eats everything!
