Flashback Doodle of the Day

Did you know?
As you've probably noticed, a cat's nose has a textured surface of bumps and ridges. This surface of their nose gives them what you could call a "nose print". In other words, the bumps and ridges on each cat's nose makes it just as unique as a human's fingerprint. Over time there has even been some talk on using a cat's nose print as a form of identification. This has not gotten far, though, perhaps because it's certainly not easy to get most cats to agree to having their nose inked and recorded.

Thimble, we love your selfie! And pizza and cats? Your doodle has two of our most favorite things. :)
ReplyDeleteThimble, that selfie with that lighting is purrfect - what a beautiful cat you are! Wasn't it National Pizza Day this week?
ReplyDeleteThimble is a cutie. I like the drawing too. And I didn't know about the nose prints. XO
ReplyDeleteThimble you really look wonderful and can we have a slice
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely...and a little sleepy...Thimble.
ReplyDeleteThimble is one gorgeous cat! And Pizza! Mom can't wait for the day she gets to eat a pizza with tomato sauce! Our human brother is allergic to tomatoes and gluten. Gluten free crusts with pesto is OK, but a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce is what Mom has been craving since Covid started.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful selfie! Hey, that looks like the pizza that came in my box! --Mudpie
ReplyDeleteYou look thoughtful there, what's on your mind!
ReplyDeleteThimble, you take a wonderful selfie.
