Silly men, a woman would have known better for sure ;-). I remember Teddy Ruxpin and I did think he was kind of creepy but it's still nice to find keepsakes with memories connected to the past! Opossums are not the cutest or friendliest critters by far, but they are actually good guys that help with a lot of things. I still wouldn't want to find one waiting for me at the door though! I was met my a batch of baby skunks as I got out of the hot tub in the dark one night. I got back into the tub squealing faster than you can imagine! They wanted some of our catfood. Good thing they were too small to spray!! But the best was one time when she opened the back door for Mackenzie to come in the house and he was standing there next to a possum, both looking in through the screen and waiting to come in together. We don't see many possums anymore. The groundhogs seem to have taken their place. W think that first photo of Eddy is terrific. That would be a "great" photo for us. Have a great weekend. He was trying to run from the front of the carport to the back door of the carport to escape and I managed to open the back screen door right in his path. He was very scared. I took the end of my cane and slid him out the door again. I think he was more surprised than I was. David E. We also bought Grubby for our son. I thought they were adorable. I can see creepy, though, because it isn't the usual kind of Teddy bear, nothing at all soft and cuddly about this Teddy.

We have possums and raccoon here along with every kitty in the neighborhood. I've opened the door countless times to be greeted by a raccoon or a possum. They are cute as can be, but scary, too, because I know they can be dangerous.

Eddy is adorable.
