And, since it's Friday, here's a bonus picture of the resident pup Astrid taking a turn snoozing on the kitties' Dr. Seuss catnip mat:
Happy Friday, everybuddy!

Our Tip of the Day:
Life can be hectic these days, and that can affect our furbabies. This is why it's important to know how to recognize signs that your furbaby is feeling stressed, so that you can properly tend to them. If your furbaby is going to be subjected to a new or potentially stressful situation, such as loud noises or strange objects or people coming into the home, be sure to watch for signs that your furbaby is feeling uneasy. Such signs of stress include trembling and shaking, excessive vocalization, pacing or restlessness, and displacement behaviors. Displacement behaviors include yawning when not tired, panting when no physical exertion has been had, and out of place or excessive lip smacking or licking. If you see any of these signs, try to calmly reassure or soothe your furbaby, or, if necessary, remove your furbaby from the stressful situation.

Love the footsie picture. Too cute.. And Astrid, good move to grab the Seuss blanket. You all have a fun week end.
Very cute footsie photos. Glad that Astrid got a turn on the mat too :) Great tip about stress. I try to keep our home stress free and I keep the kitties in bedrooms when we have gatherings.
That's a great footsie photo! You are nice to let Astrid use your catnip mat!
That's very kind of you to share your mat with Astrid ! Purrs
That's Eddy?! Wow, I don't think I've ever seen her looking this mature. I also don't think I've seen a full-body pic of her. She is so cute and so is Evan. I love them playing footsies together. How nice that Astrid got to use the Dr. Seuss mat too!
That's a good tip about stress. If we have a worker in, Annie and Pierrot go under the couch or bed the entire time. Thankfully, we haven't any other stressful situations that cause really bad anxiety.
That is a cute footsies picture.
The mat *almost* fits too MOL!!!
That’s a good tip. TW is already stressed cos she’s worried about me. This spring/summer our building will be getting a new roof and solar panels above our heads. Lots of loud noise and banging. She wishes she could take me somewhere.
We love that footsie picture. So, so cute. And how nice of the kitties to share the Dr. Seuss mat with Astrid. :)
Did your footsies get tickled too?
Huh, we are familiar with bunny-kicking, but that seems ta be some sort of kangaroo style stuff...
