Our Tip of the Day:
Does your kitty seem bored? Try taking cardboard boxes to the next level by building your kitty a castle or mountain made out of boxes. You can cut holes in the sides of the boxes, line them up, stack them, tape them together (just make sure there's no loose tape for your kitty to eat), and have all sorts of fun building them a fortress in which to play. Make it so that your furbaby can go from box to box through holes you've cut in adjoining boxes, so that your kitty feels like it's climbing through its own little system of caves. This is a cheap and easy fix for boredom that doesn't require buying expensive cat play stations.

Evan, you are such a cutie! And it's a very valuable skill to be able to entertain yourself! Tell mom thanks for the tip about building a kitty castle--I've been trying to come up with some things to keep 3 cats occupied. They have a million toys, but they do get tired of those. :-)

Your shadow is almost as cute as you :) Great tip about boxes- most of the time, my cats prefer the box to whatever is in it. Sorry I am so late today- I was carting cats all over, Sammy had a dental at one place and Snowball was getting groomed 30 minutes in the other direction.
Shadows are great listeners...but not much on conversation. ;)
