Hello and happy Friday, friends! We're ready for the Friendly Fill-Ins challenge. Are you? If so, please feel free to join in on the fun! My co-host Ellen of 15andmeowing came up with the first two fill-in statements, and I came up with the second two.
1. _________ makes my skin crawl.
2. I enjoy _________.
3. I consider myself _________.
4. _________ and _________ are not a good mix.
My answers are below in bold, and I made them all about the furbabies again.
1. Stepping in cat puke makes my skin crawl.
(I'm not generally all that easy to gross out, but this is definitely a texture thing. Which is probably why I only get grossed out when I'm barefoot and step in chunky puke. TMI? If so, my apologies. In case you were curious, if I wasn't trying to make all these answers be about my furbabies, my answer easily would have been that spiders make my skin crawl. Arachnophobia is definitely a thing over here.)
2. I enjoy being home with my furbabies more than anything else.
(As I've probably mentioned roughly infinity times, I am a huge homebody who wants nothing more than to be home with my kitties and pup. And that just about sums that up.)
3. I consider myself a crazy cat lady.
(I know some people don't like this term. I myself am not offended by it, and I welcome anyone to consider me as such. Because I am one.)
4. Thimble and beef are not a good mix.
(If you feed Thimble any food in a beef flavor, there is almost a guarantee that she will projectile vomit it right back out. Probably from the top of a cat tree. So that it hits at least five surfaces on the way down.)
Now it's your turn!

Ready for your Eddy fix? Don't expect a clear or focused Eddy today, because she was too busy doing her own thing while one of our black cat Halloween decorations did all the posing.
Have a fantastic Friday!
Flashback Doodles of the Day
Tip of the Day
Today's tip is an extension of yesterday's tip, when we reminded you to only put Halloween costumes on furbabies who tolerate or enjoy it. Now we're here to mention the importance of choosing safe and secure costumes for those kitties and pups who do enjoy wearing them. There are a number of considerations to make in order to ensure that a Halloween costume, or other item of clothing, is safe for your furbaby. For example, you of course have to make sure that there are no embellishments or other decorations on the costume that could be chewed off and ingested, as this could indeed be dangerous. You also want to make sure that no strings or other similar parts and pieces could lead to a furbaby getting tangled in the costume. What's more, make sure the costume is the correct size and fit. A costume with too small of a neck hole or with too small of leg holes could be not only uncomfortable, but also dangerous for circulation. Dressing up our furbabies can indeed help you and them get into the Halloween spirit, but it is more so important to ensure their comfort and safety.
Great fill ins as always and great Eddy pics! Have a great weekend!
I enjoyed your answers. I had the same for #2 and should have had the same for 3 ( not sure why I didn't think of that). Eddy is a cutie and I like the cat decoration too. Great tips and I love the flashback. Have a wonderful weekend. XO
Great answers, all, but #3's the best. Dad says he lives with one crazy cat lady and one crazy lady cat. Say it with me; I-D-I-O-T. Thanks for the Eddy fix. My week is now complete! Have a fabulous weekend.
Enjoy your fill ins, Lorianne. Eddy sure is a sweetie.
None of the Eastside Cats have liked beef either!
Step away from the beef, Thimble! The steak belongs to someone else.
Love the Eddy bath in the window shots.
