Sunday Selfies: Up Close and Personal

First of all, Eddy would like to thank everybuddy for their birthday wishes yesterday! She had a great birthday, with lots of extra snuggles on her mama's lap. Thank you all for visiting her on her birthday!

Now, for today's post...We love Sundays around here. Why? Because we always love trying to come up with fun selfies for the Sunday Selfie blog hop, hosted by our good friends over at The Cat on My Head.

This week, my furbabies wanted to go for some up close and personal selfies. Here were the results:

Our Tip of the Day:

With the heat of summer approaching, remember to keep your furbabies safe and cool. All animals can be at risk for heat exhaustion or heat stroke if exposed to high temperatures and left without shade or water, but keep in mind that the following animals can be at the highest risk: animals with heart or respiratory issues, animals with short faces or snouts, elderly animals, and overweight animals. Be especially cognizant of the potential for heat exhaustion or stroke if your furbaby falls under one of those or a similar category. Of course, the best solution is to prevent heat exhaustion and heat stroke by keeping your furbaby safe and cool as much as possible. Run your air conditioner or use some method of temperature regulation. If out in the heat, be sure that your furbaby has access to shade and plenty of water.
