And then that nose of hers:
And even her sleepy face:
Speaking of sleepy face, showing off all that cuteness made Thimble tired. She says a nice long snooze is now in store. Zzzzzz.
Happy Thursday, everybuddy!

Our Tip of the Day:
Cats love their sleep, which is probably why the average kitty has been found to sleep roughly 16 hours per day. That being said, you know your kitty's sleep habits better than anyone, so if you notice a change in their frequency or duration of sleep, always be sure to monitor this and consult a veterinarian as needed. For example, cats who begin to sleep less, such as if they begin acting restless, pacing, and excessively begging for and eating food despite weight loss, may have hyperthyroidism. Especially as kitties age, hyperthyroidism is one of the most common diseases to arise. It affects the metabolism and therefore the overall health of the body and its systems, and so should not be ignored. When it comes to the pups in your life, hypothyroidism is more likely to arise, rather than hyperthyroidism. Hypothyroidism causes symptoms more or less opposite to that of hyperthyroidism, such as increased sleeping, or lethargy, and weight gain. For reasons such as diseases of the thyroid, don't forget to monitor all aspects of your kitty's health and behavior, including their sleep habits.

Thimble, those are some mighty fine whiskers and a great looking nose. Good to see you all close up. You all have a wonderful day.
Thanks for showing us your whiskers and nose, Thimble. They are impressive. Now go enjoy your nap.
Thank you for all the beautiful close ups Thimble, every part of you is gorgeous. Great tip and the timing is perfect as Phoebe just got diagnosed as hyperthyroid and she has been a lot more active. I wish I could switch with her as mine is hypo.
Cute pictures, Thimble. I hope you're enjoying your nice long snooze!
You have lovely whiskers and an adorable nose, Thimble!
Wonderful whiskers, and lovely nose ! Purrs
You have lovely long whiskers, Thimble.
Maybe in my next life I'll come back as a cat to make up for all the hours of missed sleep in this life. But for now, we're in no hurry to leave.
She's such a precious girl. Sweet dreams!
