Just another obligatory nose shot.

Our Doodle of the Day:

Our Tip of the Day:
We have a pup tip for you today. If you have yourself a high energy dog who has difficulty resting and relaxing, even after walks and play time, then perhaps considering having them wear a weight-bearing vest on walks. This type of vest allows them to carry a bit of extra weight, such as in the form of water bottles, which helps them to expend more of their high energy. Needless to say, do not allow them to carry so much that they become overtired or pained, and don’t let them get overheated on the walk. But, if done safely and with care, this extra bit of weight can help a high energy dog drain some of that excess energy. Especially in the case of dogs in a working breed, this can also give them a sense of purpose and be enjoyable. Of course, in the case of an extremely high energy dog, also discuss this and other methods with a veterinarian or professional behaviorist.

This is my favorite nose shot so far, I love all the detail. Whenever I try something close up I just get a blur. Very cute drawing. Great tip too, I had never heard of that, but I think my niece's Jack Russell could use something like that.

Nice nosey close-up, Astrid! We've never thought of having a weighted vest for really high-energy dogs. That's a great tip!
