Our Tip of the Day:
We're sure you all already know this, but we thought today was a good day to remind you to never leave tubs, sinks, or other areas of water unattended, especially around furbabies who are not accustomed to swimming. Though most animals have the instinct to paddle when in water, the potential risk for drowning still exists. So, if you fill up that tub or sink, make sure you keep an eye on your furbaby, or block their access to it. This of course also goes for outdoor areas of water, such as swimming pools, ponds, or lakes. Though it might seem harmless, water can indeed be very dangerous, so always be cognizant of your furbaby's safety around large amounts of water.

Cute drawing though we know us kitties don't REALLY like that wet stuff. Our human remembers this always as a long time ago she had a small silly kitty who jumped in a full HOT tub and was so traumatized we could hardly "rescue" her. Took a loooong time to give her a rub down and soothing meow therapy session. Can especially happen with younger kitties. So thanks for the reminder and happy rubber duckie day to you too!
That is very sweet. It reminds me of Eric. He loved to join either of us when we were in the bath. It was a case of having to grab a towel quick as he like to lie on us and make biscuits. Painful! Then he would lie down and let his tail and paws float in the warm water.

Happy Rubber Duckie Day! We have a rubber kitty duckie and I have a nip duck. TW had about an inch of so of water in the tub one day when I jumped in. She got quite a laugh watching me try to jump out and slipping around. When we get a notice they're shutting our water off, she fills the tubs and sink up just in case but makes sure I don't go in the bathroom.
