You know what else W stands for? Wake-up calls!
Thimble is a pro at waking up her momma in the morning. Just a few pokes in the face, a slap or two, some stomping here and there (don't forget to aim for the bladder!), and of course a purrfect glare.
She thinks that inching closer will make me get up and feed her faster. In reality, it only slows me down by making me cuddle her longer.
Thimble is entering her gratitude for breakfast, and of course lunch and supper, and all the meals in between, to Brian's Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
This human momma here is thankful for the furry snuggles she gets each day. And we're all thankful for family and friends, like all of you!

Our Tip of the Day:
How about a bit of a tip on upcycling? If you ever find yourself with an old couch or chair, consider using the cushions to make pet beds. You can simply clean the cushion as needed, drape a blanket over it, or even buy or make a cover for it. Soft and cozy materials like this make great beds for any furbaby, but especially for those with arthritis or any other ailments that cause difficult mobility. This can also be done with old mattresses, especially small ones such as those used in cribs. Even if your furbaby has enough beds, if you find yourself with a spare cushion or mattress, you can always make a bed or two to donate to a shelter or rescue group. You could make a pup or kitty's day, all while upcycling and saving money!

Very cute walrus, I forgot about them and thought you were going to draw a whale. Thimble is the cutest alarm clock ever. And that is a fantastic tip. I had a bunk bed custom made for the cats that fits crib sized mattresses. It does take up a lot of room in our bedroom though.
Mom Paula is thankful she doesn't get any wake up calls from us.
