Caturday Art: The Musketeer

My contribution for today's Caturday Art blog hop, hosted by the lovely Athena, is a bit on the random side, I guess you could say. It started the other night, when I realized that Thimble hasn't starred in a drawing of her own for some time. What's more, I came to this realization while watching a show called The Musketeers. Long story short, this happened:

So, what do all of our furiends think of Musketeer Thimble?

I also realize that pup Astrid hasn't had her own drawing in a while either, so stay tuned for a drawing of her next week. I'll be honest, I don't yet have any idea what she'll be up to in her art piece. Any ideas from our furiends out there?

We hope everybuddy has a wonderful Caturday!

Our Tip of the Day:
Next time you select a new toy for your furbaby, consider one that helps to spark the use of their natural instincts. For example, pick a feather toy for your kitty. In the wild, cats are hunters, and birds can be common prey, which is why feather toys help to satisfy their natural instincts. There are also toys on the market that tweet like a bird or squeak like a mouse when played with, which can also allow a kitty to satisfy the hunter side of them. For the pup in your life, rawhides and any variety of chews can allow them to make use of their instinctual desire to chew at prey and food. And of course there are also certain pups with instincts driven by the ancestry of their specific breed(s). For example, if you have a dog with herding instincts, consider getting them toys that they can chase or play fetch with. For a scent-driven hound, perhaps get some toys in which treats can be hidden and that therefore heavily require the use of scent to conquer. Of course, as always, be sure to monitor your furbabies with any new toys or any toys that are best used under supervision.

Oh Thimble, that is such a CUTE drawing of you. We love that you are a musketeer. Well done to the Mom. You all have a good week end. Maybe Astrid could be the protector of the cats or friends with one of the cats.

That's adorable and I love the colors! I love that you actually draw your art rather than use filters like us untalented ones.

Your artwork is always very beautiful, FF mom. Thimble looks amazing.
Granny and Grandpaw always bring me feathers. Today they brought me a pigeon feather and the last time I've gotten a crow's feather. That was really Pawsome! Pawkisses for a wonderful Sunday :) <3
