Astrid says it's downright abusive that she has to pose with her cookie before she can eat it. Isn't this just horrible?
Despite what Astrid might tell you, she never has to wait all that long for her cookie.
Have a fun and festive day, friends!

Doodle of the Day
Today we have for you the first doodle in our newest series of Christmas drawings. These doodles are slightly inspired by Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. I guess they're most especially inspired by that general era, though, to be more specific. So, here's the first one.
As you may or may not be able to tell, this kitty and his human are out and about in something along the lines of historic London, just doing some typical Christmas shopping. This series of doodles will continue to take you through this duo's quaint Christmas preparations. The kitty will be the main star of the remaining doodles in this series. After all, nothing says Christmas like a kitty in a Dickensian setting, right?

How nice of you to pose with your cookie, Astrid, before eating it up. We bet it was tasty.
That cookie looks too pretty to eat, oops - guess I was wrong! I love the Dickens theme on the doodles. Good tip on ribbons, thanks.
Astrid, you sure are patient. Good job waiting to eat that delicious cookie. :)
Astrid you showed such patience maybe you can get two, well maybe next week anymeow
Astrid, you'd never catch a kitty waiting like that!
Tape...Manny LURVs tape! Any box that arrives, has it's packing tape chewed and peeled...if we don't pull it off ourselves first. He's quick, but luckily, he doesn't eat the stuff. However, we are very careful anyhow.
Astrid, you are precious, and i know, even one second is too long to wait for a dog. It's okay, though, you always get it in the end.
Glad Astrid doesn't have to wait long for a cookie. I love the drawing. Great tips too.
I'm going to LOVE this series! Astrid, your cookie sure looks yummy!
