Our Tip of the Day:
Although it's advisable to administer flea prevention to your furbabies year round, it's especially important to do so when the weather is warm. Fleas are especially prevalent in warmer temperatures, and, although you may not see them, they often hide out in all that green grass, just waiting for a warm body to hitch a ride on. What's more, not only are flea bites capable of producing flea allergy dermatitis, but they can also transfer tapeworm as well as a number of diseases to their host. So, especially as daily temperatures start to rise, please be sure to give your pets flea prevention. Even the indoor animals should receive it, as fleas can easily come in to the home on us humans or on any household animals that do go outside. Prevention is key!

Evan is a handsome boy. Today must be ginger cat day :) Fleas are the ultimate f-word. The Summer of 2014 we were infested- it was a nightmare and took months to get rid of them. We had taken Spooky in several months before and thought we had deflead him, but during that time they multiplied on everyone. It was so awful.

Evan sure is a big guy! TW worries about bringing fleas in cos they hardly never vacuum the rug in the common hall and there are always dogs going in and out.
