The human around here is still packing up Christmas. And it's just so boring!
Best pass the time with a nap, obviously.
By the way, the human here is a liar with this art. What's it matter if she drew this when it was something like 0°F and snowing outside? It's 50°F and raining now, so what gives?
Our Tip of the Day:
Just like us humans, our furbabies can get the winter blues this time of year. After months of enjoying long days, lots of sunshine, and lots of time outdoors or daytime window watching, the change in pace that comes with winter could potentially lead to a less than thrilled furbaby. In such a case, you might notice your furbaby sleeping more, eating less, and acting restless or even depressed. To help combat these winter blues, be sure to continue opening at least some curtains during the daytime hours. Also try to keep at least parts of the house well-lit even when the sun has fallen for the day. During the warmest part of winter days, take your pups out for a stroll or a play session in the yard. For the kitties, feed the birds and squirrels outside, especially near their favorite windows, so that they have something to stimulate them from the outside world (not to mention that even the wildlife can use a little help finding food in the dead of winter). And don't forget those play sessions throughout the day, with lots of interactive fun and of course cuddles!
