Our Tip of the Day:
Many cats can build up energy or get overstimulated during petting sessions. This explains why some kitties will seem to be enjoying a petting, and then will suddenly attack your hand. So, if you're petting your cat and start to notice his or her tail flicking or back twitching, those are signs that kitty has become overstimulated and may no longer be enjoying the petting session. If you start seeing such signs, or if your cat is starting to pull away from you, it would be advisable to end the petting session and give your kitty some space.

Are the fishes hiding from you behind the greenery Thimble?
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
we hope that lid is secure or you are gonna get WET :)
I wonder if fish get scared? :) Great tip- I have already learned this the hard way :)
LOL! Hope that lid is secure or otherwise you will have a wet kitty and unhappy fish. I'm pretty sure Rosie would do the same thing if we had fish.
I've learned to give Lita only a few pets at a time because she gets overstimulated. She enjoys being hugged and pet - just not for a long time. One of our friends is really guilty about not recognizing when she's getting tired of being petted, and he gets a little love chomp once in a while, MOL.
What a clever way to entertain your cat. My cats would be thrilled with their very own aquarium.
Thimble! LOL! That's called being up close and personal! Are the fish hiding from you, sweet girl?
I shudder to think what Pierrot would go if we had fish.
Fish TV is a nice entertainment ! Purrs
That's an.... interesting tank topper. Hope that glass stays in between you and the fishies! Our Mom and Dad are learning about the overstimulated petting thing with our new foster sister, Itty. She doesn't seem to like petting at all but all we think she needs is time.

Fish TV is soooo fun!
Thimble, you're scaring us. Be CAREFUL up there!
(And to the fish: HIDE!)
Oooo high drama! Should our owner get one of those fishy things, do you think? We'd love to watch them but would be tempted to overturn the whole thing. any danger of that? She would NOT be happy then. We're going to go to sleep now & dream of fishies...
